Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
