AND LO! [In the course of his wanderings,] Moses said to his servant: "I shall not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I [have to] spend untold years [in my quest]!" 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 The servant said: "Did you see what happened? When we betook ourselves to the rock to take rest, I forgot the fish - and it is only Satan who caused me to forget to mention it to you - so that it made its way into the sea in a strange manner." 63 Moses said: "That was what we were seeking after:" So they went back on their footsteps, following (the path they had come). 64 Then they found one of Our servants unto whom We had given mercy from Us, and We had taught him knowledge proceeding from Us. 65 Moses said to him, "May I follow you on [the condition] that you teach me from what you have been taught of sound judgement?" 66 He answered: "You will surely not be able to bear with me. 67 For how can you patiently bear with something you cannot encompass in your knowledge?" 68 Moses said, "God willing, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He said: then if thou wilt follow me ask me not of anything until I begin thereof some mention. 70

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
