And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
