No! By the moon 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 a warning to humankind, 36 To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind. 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 Except those of the right hand 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 About the guilty: 41 'What caused you to be thrust into the Scorching (Fire)' 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 and we did not feed the poor, 44 We plunged in with the plungers 45 "And we used to belie the Day of Recompense 46 “Till death overcame us.” 47 Then the intercession of the intercessors shall not profit them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 like frightened donkeys 50 running away from a lion? 51 Nay, every man of them desires to be -- given -- scrolls unrolled. 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 Nay, verily, this is an admonition 54 Then whoever wills will remember it. 55 But none will keep it in remembrance except as Allah wills: He is the Lord of Righteousness, and the Lord of Forgiveness. 56
