Al-Isra 8 of 12

Then think of the Day We shall summon every community with its leader. Those who are given their Record in their right hand shall read the Record of their deeds and shall not be wronged a whit. 71 But he who is blind in this life, shall be blind in the Everlasting Life and will be further astray from the Path. 72 They had almost led you away from what has been revealed to you, that you may invent things about Us besides those revealed, when they would have taken you as friend. 73 Had We not strengthened your faith you might have relied on them some how. 74 Then had we made thee taste a double (punishment) of living and a double (punishment) of dying, then hadst thou found no helper against Us. 75 And they indeed wished to scare thee from the land that they might drive thee forth from thence, and then they would have stayed (there) but a little after thee. 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you – and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
