The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful 1

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 2 The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 Thee alone do we worship and of Thee alone do we seek help, 5 Direct us on to the Straight Way, 6 The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
