۞ AND, INDEED, long before [the time of Moses] We vouchsafed unto Abraham his consciousness of what is right; and We were aware of [what moved] him 51 when he said unto his father and his people, "What are these images to which you are so intensely devoted?" 52 They answered: "We found our forefathers worshipping them." 53 He said, "You were certainly, you and your fathers, in manifest error." 54 They asked: "Hast thou come unto us [with this claim] in all earnest - or art thou one of those jesters?" 55 Abraham replied, "Your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who created them, and I bear witness to that. 56 Abraham said to himself, "By God! I will devise a plan against their idols when they are away." 57 So he broke them to pieces, (all) but the biggest of them, that they might turn (and address themselves) to it. 58 They said, 'Who has. done this with our gods? Surely he is one of the evildoers.' 59 'We have heard a young man called Abraham mention them' they replied. 60 They said: Then bring him (hither) before the people's eyes that they may testify. 61 They said: "Are you the one who has done this to our gods, O Ibrahim (Abraham)?" 62 Said he, “Rather, their chief may have done it; so question them, if they can speak.” 63 So they turned to themselves and said, "Surely ye are the ones in the wrong!" 64 Then their minds were turned upside down, and they said: "You know well that they do not speak." 65 He said: What! do you then serve besides Allah what brings you not any benefit at all, nor does it harm you? 66 Uff to you and to what you worship instead of Allah. Then will you not use reason?" 67 They said: "Burn him, and come to the support of your gods, if you are going to do anything." 68 But We said, "Fire! Be cool and a means of safety for Abraham." 69 They had sought to do evil to him, but We caused them to be the worst losers, 70 and We delivered him, and Lot, unto the land that We had blessed for all beings. 71 And We bestowed him Ishaq, and Yaqub the grandson; and We made all of them worthy of Our proximity. 72 And We made them Imams who guided (people) by Our command, and We revealed to them the doing of good and the keeping up of prayer and the giving of the alms, and Us (alone) did they serve; 73 We bestowed upon Lot sound judgement and knowledge, and We delivered him from the city that was immersed in foul deeds. They were indeed a wicked people, exceedingly disobedient. 74 And We caused him to enter into Our mercy; verily he was of the righteous. 75

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
