What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
