The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
