Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the winds that scatter the dust, 1 which carry clouds laden with water, 2 And those that flow with ease and gentleness; 3 by the angels which distribute the affairs, 4 What you are promised is certainly true: 5 The Judgement will indeed take place. 6 by the heaven full of tracks, 7 You are indeed in different opinions regarding this Qur’an. 8 Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Quran) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment of Allah). 9 May the conjecturers perish, 10 Who are in a gulf (of ignorance) neglectful; 11 'When will the Day of Judgement be' they ask. 12 It will be on the day when they will be roasted in the fire. 13 [and will be told:] "Taste this your trial! It is this that you were so hastily asking for!" 14 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs, 15 Taking what their Lord gives them; surely they were before that, the doers of good. 16 They slept very little during the night 17 And in the hour of early dawn, they (were found) praying for Forgiveness; 18 They assigned a share of their property for the needy and the destitute. 19 And in the earth are signs for those who are certain. 20 there are signs for firm believers. Do you not see then? 21 In the sky is your provision and that which you are promised. 22 By the Lord of the heavens and the earth, this is certainly true even as you speak. 23

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
