Man says, 'What, when I am dead shall I then be brought forth alive?' 66 Will not man remember that We created him aforetime, when he was nothing? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 We know best who deserve to be burnt in (the Fire). 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 Then We shall save those who feared God, but the wrongdoers shall be left there on their knees. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the Most Merciful prolong his life span until they see that which they were threatened, be it a punishment, or the Hour. Then shall they know whose is the worst place and who is weaker in hosts' 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who walk aright [true believers in the Oneness of Allah who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden), and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. And the righteous good deeds that last, are better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort. 76 And hast thou ever considered [the kind of man] who is bent on denying the truth of Our messages and says, "I will surely be given wealth and children"? 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 Never so. We shall certainly write down what he says, and prolong the extent of his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken gods besides Allah, that they should be to them a source of strength; 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
