۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 "There is a small group of people 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
