And says man: What! when I am dead shall I truly be brought forth alive? 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 There is not one of you but shall approach it. That is a fixed ordinance of thy Lord. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our clear verses are recited to them the unbelievers say to the believers: 'Which of the two parties has a better position or company?' 73 And how many a generation (past nations) have We destroyed before them, who were better in wealth, goods and outward appearance? 74 (Muhammad), tell them, "The Beneficent God gives respite to those who have gone astray only until they face the torment with which they were threatened or to the Day of Judgment. Then they will find out who will have the most miserable place and the weakest forces. 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who walk aright [true believers in the Oneness of Allah who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden), and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. And the righteous good deeds that last, are better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort. 76 So have you seen him who denied Our signs and says, “I shall certainly be given wealth and children?” 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall increase his torment (in the Hell); 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) aliha (gods) besides Allah, that they might give them honour, power and glory (and also protect them from Allah's Punishment etc.). 81 Never; soon they will deny ever worshipping them, and will turn into their opponents. 82
