The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by those who draw themselves out in ranks 1 and restraining [from evil] by a call to restraint, 2 And those who read (the Word) for a reminder, 3 Most surely your Allah is One: 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun's risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah). 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 And (there is) a safeguard against every rebellious Shaitan. 7 so they cannot listen to the High Assembly, for they are pelted from every side. 8 cast out [from all grace,] with lasting suffering in store for them [in the life to come]; 9 But if anyone does succeed in snatching a glimpse [of such knowledge], he shall be pursued by a piercing flame. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 No wonder you are surprised as they laugh with scorn. 12 And they do not understand, when explained to. 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 and say: "This is clearly nothing but [a mortal's] spellbinding eloquence! 15 When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say: 'Yes, but worthless' 18 For it is only a single scaring, then behold, they are watching 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 “Yes, this is the Day of Final Decision that you used to deny as a lie.” 21
