The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein);- 1 And what could make thee conceive what it is that comes in the night? 2 - The piercing Star! 3 [for] no human being has been left unguarded. 4 So let man consider of what he is created: 5 He is created from a water gushing forth. 6 Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs: 7 Surely (Allah) is able to bring him back (to life)! 8 On the Day when secrets are disclosed, 9 he shall have no power, and no helper. 10 By the Firmament which returns (in its round), 11 And the earth which splitteth (with the growth of trees and plants) 12 Verily, it is a discourse distinguishing. 13 It is not a thing for amusement. 14 They are cunningly devising, 15 and I too am devising a guile. 16 So give a respite to the disbelievers. Deal thou gently with them for a while. 17
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
