The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11
