Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Koran! 1 But they wonder that there has come to them a Warner from among themselves. So the Unbelievers say: "This is a wonderful thing! 2 What, when we are dead and turned to dust? That indeed would be an unlikely return' 3 (Thus do they imagine, although) We know well what the earth takes away from them. With Us is a Record that preserves everything. 4 But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused condition. 5 Have they not then observed the sky above them, how We have constructed it and beautified it, and how there are no rifts therein? 6 And the earth! We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and have produced therein every kind of lovely growth (plants). 7 Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah]. 8 And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests; 9 And tall date-palms laden with clusters ranged. 10 A sustenance for the servants, and We give life thereby to a dead land; thus is the rising. 11 Cried lies before them the people of Noah and the men of Er-Rass, and Thamood, 12 and so did 'Ad, and Pharaoh and Lot's brethren, 13 dwellers of the forest, and the people of Tubba had all rejected the Prophets. Thus, they became subject to Our torment. 14 Were We then weary with the first Creation, that they should be in confused doubt about a new Creation? 15
