Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 The heavens are close to being torn apart by it, and the earth being split asunder, and the mountains succumbing and falling down. 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger (Muhammad SAW)] and work deeds of righteousness, the Most Beneficent (Allah) will bestow love for them (in the hearts of the believers). 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
