The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

All praise is due to God, the Lord of the Universe; 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 the Master of the Day of Doom. 4 Thee alone do we worship and of Thee alone do we seek help, 5 Guide us the straight way. 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
