Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Gross rivalry diverts you, 1 Until ye come to the graves. 2 But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality). 3 Then no! You are going to know. 4 Nay, if you could but understand [it] with an understanding [born] of certainty, 5 that you shall surely see Hell? 6 Aye, ye will behold it with sure vision. 7 Then, on that Day, ye shall surely be asked of the delights. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
