"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said, "We have given you the glad news for a true reason so do not despair". 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
