(And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto Me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ. 55 “So I shall mete a severe punishment to those who disbelieve, in this world and in the Hereafter; and they will not have any supporters.” 56 As for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their wages in full. Allah does not love the harmdoers. 57 What We recite to you consists of signs and wise admonition. 58 The example of Eisa with Allah is like that of Adam; He created him (Adam) from clay and then said to him, “Be” – and it thereupon happens! 59 This is the truth from your Lord; be not, then, among those who doubt. 60 If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!" 61 Behold, this is indeed the truth of the matter, and there is no deity whatever save God; and verily, God - He alone - is almighty, truly wise. 62 If they turn away (from the Truth, let it be known that) God knows well the evil-doers. 63
