▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
