And verily, the dwellers of Al-Hijr (the rocky tract) denied the Messengers. 80 We also gave them Our Signs, yet they turned away from them. 81 Out of the mountains did they hew (their) edifices, (feeling themselves) secure. 82 But they were seized by the mighty blast towards the morning; 83 And that which they were wont to count as gain availed them not. 84 And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. 85 Surely your Lord is the All Knowing Creator! 86 We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran). 87 Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers 88 Say, "Indeed, I am simply one who warns." 89 (Of a punishment) Like the one We sent down upon the dividers. 90 Who have made the Quran into parts. (i.e. believed in a part and disbelieved in the other). 91 by your Lord, We shall question them all 92 As to what they did. 93 Hence, proclaim openly all that thou hast been bidden [to say,] and leave alone all those who ascribe divinity to aught beside God: 94 We suffice thee against the mockers, 95 Who set up along with Allah another ilah (god), they will come to know. 96 We certainly know that their statements sorely grieve you. 97 But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration. 98 and serve thy Lord, until the Certain comes to thee. 99
