The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
