Say (O Muhammad): Call upon those whom ye set up beside Allah! They possess not an atom's weight either in the heavens or in the earth, nor have they any share in either, nor hath He an auxiliary among them. 22 No intercession availeth with Him save for him whom He permitteth. Yet, when fear is banished from their hearts, they say: What was it that your Lord said? They say: The Truth. And He is the Sublime, the Great. 23 ۞ Say: Who gives you the sustenance from the heavens and the earth? Say: Allah. And most surely we or you are on a right way or in manifest error 24 Tell them: “You will not be called to account about the guilt we committed, nor will we be called to account for what you did.” 25 Say, "Our Lord will bring us together; then He will judge between us in truth. And He is the Knowing Judge." 26 Say: 'Show me those you have joined to Him as associates. No indeed; rather He is God, the All-mighty, the All-wise.' 27 (O Prophet), We have not sent you forth but as a herald of good news and a warner for all mankind. But most people do not know. 28 They say, "When will the Day of Judgment be if what you say is true?" 29 Say (O Muhammad): Yours is the promise of a Day which ye cannot postpone nor hasten by an hour. 30

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
