Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the (winds) sent forth in quick succession, 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 Then by oath of those that lift and carry. 3 Then separate them, one from another, 4 by those who bring down the reminder, 5 By way of excuse or warning. 6 Indeed what you are promised, will surely befall. 7 So when the stars are obliterated 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 and the appointed time to bring the Messengers together arrives, (then shall the promised event come to pass). 11 For what Day are these (portents) deferred? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 Then did We follow them up with later ones. 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Did We not create you of a mean fluid, 20 which We then let remain in [the womb's] firm keeping 21 Till a limit known? 22 For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things). 23 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected the revelations of God! 24 Have We not caused the earth to hold within itself 25 Both for the living and the dead, 26 Set We not therein soaring mountains? Sated you with sweetest water? 27 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 28 Proceed now towards that which you were wont to deny as false; 29 proceed towards the three-pronged shadow, 30 Neither having the coolness of the shade nor availing against the flame. 31 Indeed hell throws up sparks like huge castles. 32 like giant fiery ropes! 33 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 34 This is the Day they shall not speak, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 37 that Day of Distinction [between the true and the false, when they will be told]: "We have brought you together with those [sinners] of olden times; 38 If now ye have any wit, outwit Me. 39 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 40

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تشير بداية ونهاية كل سورة الى السور المنزلة قبلها و بعدها. يمكنك الضغط على أي منها للذهاب إليها.
The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
عند قراءة القرآن الملون على الأجهزة المحمولة أو الأجهزة اللوحية، يمكنك تدوير الشاشة لتكبير النص أو تصغيره.
