۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
