It is Allah who made for you the night in which to rest and the day to see. Allah is bountiful to the people, yet most people do not give thanks. 61 Such is Allah your Lord, the Creator of everything; there is no God but He. Wither then are ye straying away? 62 Even so perverted are they who deny the signs of God. 63 Allah it is Who hath appointed for you the earth for a resting-place and the heaven for a structure, and fashioned you and fashioned you well, and provided you with goodly things. Such is Allah, your Lord. So blessed be Allah, the Lord of the worlds! 64 He is the Ever-Living: there is no god but He. So call upon Him, consecrating to Him all your devotion. All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the whole Universe. 65 ۞ Say, (O Prophet): “I have been forbidden to worship those beside Allah whom you call upon. (How can I worship any beside Allah) when clear Signs have come to me from my Lord and I have been commanded to surrender to Allah, the Lord of the Universe?” 66 It is He who created you from dust, then from a (sperm) drop, and then a (blood) clot. He then brings you forth as an infant, then you reach your strength, after which you come of age though some of you die before it and that you reach an appointed term, in order that you understand. 67 It is He who gives life and death, and when He ordains a thing, He says only, "Be!" and it is. 68
