Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, 1 “From the evil of His entire creation.” 2 from the evil of night's darkness when it spreads around; 3 from the evil of the women who blow on knots, 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
