The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the Mount 1 By the book inscribed. 2 on parchment for distribution, 3 And [by] the frequented House 4 by the elevated canopy; 5 and by the swelling sea: 6 surely, the punishment of your Lord is about to come, 7 There shall be none to avert it; 8 Upon the day when heaven spins dizzily 9 and the mountains quickly move. 10 Then woe that day unto the deniers 11 Those who are playing in pursuits. 12 The day when they are thrust with a (disdainful) thrust, into the fire of hell 13 "This is the fire which you were wont to call a lie! 14 Then is this magic, or do you not see? 15 Endure the heat thereof, and whether ye are patient of it or impatient of it is all one for you. Ye are only being paid for what ye used to do. 16 As to the Righteous, they will be in Gardens, and in Happiness,- 17 rejoicing in all that their Sustainer will have granted them: for their Sustainer will have warded off from them all suffering through the blazing fire. 18 Eat and drink pleasantly for what you did, 19 Reclining upon couches ranged in rows; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris. 20 And those who accepted faith, and whose descendants followed them with faith – We have joined their descendants with them, and have not reduced anything for them from their deeds; every soul is trapped in its own deeds. 21 And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. 22 There they shall pass from hand to hand a (wine) cup, free from any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vague talk between them), and free from sin (because it will be legal for them to drink). 23 ۞ And there will go round boy-servants of theirs, to serve them as if they were preserved pearls. 24 And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other. 25 Saying, “Indeed before this, we were in our houses, worried.” 26 "But Allah has been gracious to us, and has saved us from the torment of the Fire. 27 Verily we were wont to pray unto Him aforetime; verily He! it is He, the Benign, the Merciful. 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
