Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
