The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
