But the cautious shall live amongst gardens and fountains: 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 When the angels came to him and said, “Peace"; he said, “We feel afraid of you.” 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
