۞ O ye men! It is ye that have need of Allah: but Allah is the One Free of all wants, worthy of all praise. 15 He can put you away, if He will, and bring a new creation 16 That is not a hard thing for Allah. 17 No one who carries a burden bears another's load; and even if the burdened soul cry out for help none will carry the least of its burden, however close a relative it may be. You can only warn those who fear their Lord in secret and fulfil their devotional obligations. Whoever grows in goodness does so for himself. To God is the journeying back. 18 And the blind and the sighted are not equal! 19 And neither are darkness and brightness! 20 Nor the shade and the heat, 21 not equal are the living and the dead. God makes to hear whomsoever He will; thou canst not make those in their tombs to hear - 22 You are but a warner, 23 We have sent you in all truth as a bearer of glad news and a warner. No nation who lived before was left without a warner. 24 If they call you a liar, so had those before them called their apostles liars, who had come to them with clear proofs, scriptures and the splendent Book. 25 but in the end I seized those who were bent on denying the truth and how terrible was My punishment. 26
