But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
