Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 and by that you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
