Blessed be He Who hath placed in the heaven mansions of the stars, and hath placed therein a great lamp and a moon giving light! 61 And it is He Who created the alternation of the night and day for one who wishes to remember or intends to give thanks. 62 The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: Peace; 63 And those who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing. 64 And these who say: our Lord! avert from us the torment of Hell; verily the torment thereof is perishment. 65 Surely it is an evil abode and (evil) place to stay. 66 They are those who are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but keep a balance between the two; 67 And those who invoke not any other ilah (god) along with Allah, nor kill such life as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. 68 Whose punishment will be doubled on the Day of Judgement, and he will live for ever in disgrace, 69 Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And whosoever repenteth and doeth good, he verily repenteth toward Allah with true repentance - 71 And those who do not give false evidence, and if they come across unbecoming talk ignore it and pass by in a sedate way; 72 who, when reminded of the revelations of their Lord, do not try to ignore them as though deaf and blind. Rather, they try to understand and think about them. 73 And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous." 74 Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect. 75 Abiding therein; excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to dwell. 76 Say, "What would my Lord care for you if not for your supplication?" For you [disbelievers] have denied, so your denial is going to be adherent. 77
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
