The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
