Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
