The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
