We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
