The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
