The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 I ask no payment from you for my preaching. The Lord of the Universe will give me my reward. 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 and drowned the others. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
