Al-nahl 9 of 16
And lo! in the cattle there is a lesson for you. We give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, from betwixt the refuse and the blood, pure milk palatable to the drinkers. 66 And from the fruits of date and grapes, for you make juices and good nourishment from them; indeed in this is a sign for people of intellect. 67 And your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct. 68 then suck the juice of every kind of fruit and keep treading the ways of your Lord which have been made easy." There comes forth from their bellies a drink varied in colours, wherein there is healing for men. Verily there is a sign in this for those who reflect. 69 God has created you and He causes you to die. Some of you will grow to an extremely old age and lose your memory. God is All-knowing and Almighty. 70
