And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 Say: "Go all over the earth and behold what happened in the end to those [who were thus] lost in sin!" 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Surely your Lord in His wisdom will decide between them. He is all-mighty and all-knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 Thou shalt not make the dead to hear, neither shalt thou make the deaf to hear the call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ When God's word is justly carried out against them, We will produce a dabbah from the earth which will tell them that mankind had no real faith in Our signs. 82
