▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
