۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
