The warnings came also to Pharaoh's folk. 41 Who denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore We grasped them with the grasp of the Mighty, the Powerful. 42 Are the unbelievers of yours better than these, or is there an exemption for you in the scriptures? 43 Or say they: We are a host victorious? 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 Indeed the criminals are astray and insane. 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We destroyed those like you, is there any that will remember! 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 Firmly established in the favour of a Mighty King. 55
