The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the rangers ranging 1 and the scarers scaring 2 And those who recite the message, 3 Indeed your God is surely only One. 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them; Lord of the Easts. 5 We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars,- 6 And to guard against every rebellious devil. 7 so they cannot listen to the High Assembly, for they are pelted from every side. 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except those who eavesdrop and are pursued by a shooting flame. 10 Just ask their opinion: are they the more difficult to create, or the (other) beings We have created? Them have We created out of a sticky clay! 11 Rather you are surprised, whereas they keep mocking. 12 And when they are warned they pay no heed. 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And say, "This is not but obvious magic. 15 Why - after we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 16 And our forefathers [as well]?" 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 It shall be but one shout, lo! they shall be staring. 19 They will say: "Woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense!" 20 This is the Day of Judgment in which you disbelieved. 21
